This year, yMedia have a record number of students, not-for-profit organisations, and industry mentors participating in the yMedia Challenge.

What is yMedia? yMedia connects students, industry and not-for-profit organisations to develop and implement new media initiatives for collective growth. For more information on what yMedia do check the embedded video below.

With over 120 participants working in sectors as diverse as urban gardening, natural heath, youth support services and beyond, we are excited to see the results produced by these fantastic teams. The winners of the yMedia Challenge 2010  will be announced at our exclusive awards dinner, supported by nzherald.co.nz and hosted at the Floating Pavillion on August 19th.
